Sometimes I need an energy boost in the morning or after work. Instead of reaching for an energy drink I make something so much better!
An energy drink may pump you up but the sugar crash is not worth it. If you need a boost to your energy and metabolism give this a try.
Metabolism and Energy Booster Recipe:
2 Tablespoons ACV
1 cup juice (apple or orange are nice)
½ tsp Cayenne
Mix and enjoy!
A couple things I like to do:
Use frozen berries as ice and then eat them when the drink is gone.
Add a mint sprig to spruce it up. Don't forget to munch on it after you're all done!
