Cold season should pretty much be over by this time of year but you may be struggling with allergies or sinus troubles. I love this recipe because I always feel much better after drinking it. If you're under the weather give it a try!
Sinus Infection/ Cold Blaster Tea:
Warm water (not boiling)
Two tablespoons ACV
1 tablespoon honey
½ lemon juiced
Ginger - as much as you can stand. The best way to incorporate is to grate and then squeeze the liquid directly into the mug.
Combine and drink while reading a book or watching your favorite movie. Feel better soon!
